The loom meets the living room. In its darkest, most commanding form. The Loomix Credenza was designed at the intersection of two Indias — the one that carves, turns, and works by hand, and the one that lives boldly in the contemporary. In acacia and black stained wood, that intersection becomes a piece of extraordinary material drama. A warm acacia top shelf floats above an ebonised cabinet body on four turned spindle columns — the warmth of the timber above, the authority of the black below, and the turned craft of the columns connecting the two in a vertical detail that references centuries of Indian woodworking tradition. The cabinet doors are carved with concentric radiating arcs that run the full width of the piece — deeply three-dimensional, light-catching, and entirely the point — while three curved brass handles sit against the carved black surface with the quiet luxury of a metal chosen to make the darkness more luminous. Brass ferrule feet complete the material story at the base — the same warm gold that appears in the handles appearing again at the floor, giving the Loomix a considered material language from the acacia top to the brass tips. The concentric arc carving on the doors is the piece's heart — the design detail that speaks to the loom, the textile, the rhythmic geometry of Indian craft translated into carved wood. A credenza designed in India, for the home that understands that the wall behind the dining table deserves the most considered piece in the house — and that the most considered pieces are always the ones that carry the story of how they were made in every detail.
