The Tresta was designed to define. A generous solid wood frame wraps the headboard in fine vertical fluting — dense parallel reeds running the full perimeter from rounded corner to rounded corner — the architectural language of the classical column brought into the most personal room in the home with the warmth of honest Indian timber. Within the fluted frame, a smokey linen panel is vertically channelled in six sections — the tailored upholstery giving the headboard its considered surface — and between the two, a slim LED strip runs the inner edge of the frame with the quiet luxury of a detail that makes the timber more precious and the linen more considered.
Acacia carries the warmth and distinctive grain of honest Indian timber through the headboard frame and the plinth base — the wooden warmth grounding the bed at both its highest and lowest points. Soft fabric gives the upholstered headboard and bed base the warm, honest texture of a fabric chosen for how it holds the light through the day and how it feels in the morning.
