Waveline Dining Table

The table where the grain becomes the design. And the wave becomes the base.
There are dining tables where the base is simply structural and there are dining tables where the base is the entire story. The Waveline was designed to tell its story from the floor up. A generous round white ash top — warm, fine-grained, and entirely honest in its material — sits above a conical pedestal where horizontal wave lines are carved around the full circumference from base to top. The waves follow the organic rhythm of the ash grain beneath them — ten undulating lines that reference water, topography, the natural contours of a landscape — each one filled with a dark matt black that makes the wave pattern graphic against the warmth of the timber. A matt black metal disc grounds the pedestal at the floor, completing the material conversation between the warm ash above and the dark precision below.
White ash carries the fine grain and natural warmth of honest timber across both the circular top and the carved pedestal — the consistency of the material making the wave-line detail more expressive by giving it a single warm canvas to move across. The matt black base disc and carved grooves create the considered accent that gives the Waveline its graphic quality without interrupting the natural material story of the ash.
