We currently don’t have an exchange policy unless the product is delivered damaged. Exchange depends on sufficient proof of damage being caused from our end, so images and videos of unboxing and delivered product at the time of unboxing must be submitted to be eligible for exchange.
Our team will assess the degree of damage and then offer a solution of either repair on site or replacement of the damaged product.

Once the order is placed, we don’t entertain any cancellations. In special circumstances, a request to cancel the order and initiate refund or credit note must be raised within 48 hours of placing the order. Once approved, the amount will be refunded to the same account after deducting the payment gateway fee.
