Where all do we ship?

We ship PAN-India, however certain pin codes may not be serviceable with our delivery partners so please check in with us once!

How much are the delivery charges?

No one likes paying extra shipping, so our product prices visible on the website are inclusive of taxes and shipping. 

What is the estimated manufacturing time?

Like they said, all good things are worth the wait and we just happen to be making said good things! To give the best possible price to our customers, we don’t maintain inventory and manufacture everything to order. Once we receive your order, we start the manufacturing process and since the best quality can’t be rushed, we take 3 weeks to dispatch your order. We promise you, the wait is worth it!

What is the estimate delivery time?

Delivery timelines differ based on the destination and are the prerogative of the shipping companies. Usually, the time taken is 7 days at the most. Delivery timelines are subject to government directives and emergency protocols for the current year.

How will the delivery be done?

Furniture isn’t easy to ship, so we’ve tied up with multiple shipping companies to safely deliver your order to your doorstep. In case you face any issues with your delivery, please write to us at [email protected] and we’ll try to mitigate the situation to the best of our capabilities. But please know, we have next to no control over the shipping company’s policy or personnel behaviour.

What about warranty and hidden costs?

When you see is what you pay! There are no extra taxes or hidden cost. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. Our prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable. 

How do we trust you and your quality?

Our factory has only been doing this for about 15 years, so please be assured we’re using only the best possible raw materials, manufacturing using the last machinery and tools, and every individual in our organization greatly cares about every single order that we receive. Since the manufacturing process is 100% under our control, we take the utmost care to send you something you love having in your home!

How do I track my shipment?

Mohh uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s) as well as an update via text message and WhatsApp. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

What pin codes do you ship to?

Mohh ships to almost all pin codes in India. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] to confirm if we deliver to your pin code. 

Is there an option for Express Delivery?

We don’t currently have an express delivery option but we know there are special cases where one could want an early delivery. Please get in touch with us if you have such a requirement, and we’ll see what we can do!

Shipping address change

Once dispatched, it is practically impossible for us to change the delivery address for your order. Please get in touch with us before dispatch in case there is any change in the delivery address. 

Order received!

Kindly thoroughly inspect your order once received to ensure there are no damages to the packaging while in transit. We take the utmost care and pack our orders only in honeycomb packaging which is able to withstand most damages and heavy impact. However, we’re unable to guarantee what happens in between dispatch from our factory and delivery to your doorstep. In case your product has incurred any damage, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. 

What to do with packaging?

If you’re sending the product back to us due to some damage, we ask that you retain all the original packaging including the padding materials, L-corners etc. Outside of the 48 hours or otherwise, if you’re unable to pack the product in its original packaging, then it will be subject to additional charges levied on you. 

P.S. – our special honeycomb packaging can be utilised for multiple other things – so don’t waste it and have a look at a few videos on what can be done with it. 

What to do in a scenario of damage?

Don’t freak out, sometimes these things happen. Please report all damages within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth replacement. Yes, we will replace all damaged products after you share all required images and videos of the damage as well as the packaging. Shoot us an email at [email protected] in case of any damages. 

I’ve received an incomplete order.

While this is unlikely scenario, all humans can make mistakes and our factory hasn’t been taken over by robots, yet. Reach out to us via email and we’ll cross-check with our production team to make sure you get the missing parts as soon as possible.
